Personal assistant & coach for work

Own your
day.

Day’s Mine plans your day, keeps routines running, watches every brand you manage and lets you race your own records. One calm screen for the work and the person doing it.

Free during early access. No card.

The Today screen: the day’s tasks, days since each brand’s last post, a deep-work record and the week’s routines.

What it does

Everything a working day asks for, and nothing it doesn’t.

  • Plan the day

Today shows what matters now. Undated work waits in a weekly pool your team pulls from, so nothing gets a fake deadline.

  • Watch every brand

Each brand shows the days since its last scheduled post. At 5, 3 and 0 days you get a nudge, before the feed goes quiet.

  • Run the team

Day’s Ours is the shared space. Assign a task and the person hears about it right away, on phone and desktop.

  • Race yourself

Time any kind of work. Every type keeps its own record, and the week shows up as seven bars you want to fill.

  • Catch ideas

A shared idea board: someone takes an idea, works it, and turns it into a task with one tap.

  • Keep the person running

Routines, meals, water and movement sit next to the work, because the day is one day.

Race yourself

Every type of work gets a record.

Start the timer, do the work, stop. Day’s Mine remembers your best run for deep work, writing, editing, admin, whatever you name. Beat it and today’s bar turns orange.

The race timer on a dark background with seven bars for the week, today’s bar the tallest.

Built inside a studio

We made it to run our own agency. Then the café next door asked for it.

DADA Creative built Day’s Mine for its own days: brands to feed, a small team, deadlines and a life outside them. Each workspace starts from a template made for its trade.

Agencies
Brands, briefs, a production board from brief to published, and service routines per client.
Cafés
Opening and closing checklists, shifts and a team that sees the same list.
Writers
One catalogue for poems, essays and lyrics, with the client work beside it.
Software teams
Modules, a weekly pool and a calm view of who is on what.
